She has led international talent development and DE&I programs for Fortune 100 companies, launched and scaled Employee Resource Groups, and trained hundreds of leaders to recognize and manage bias. Over 12 years, her award-winning programs have strengthened leadership capability, boosted engagement and accelerated career growth for professionals worldwide.
